Reversed

Guest play by Cikaros og Teater Kimone

There was one and there was another. Then there were two. No. There were two and they were one and one – or was it the other way around? One is doing a handstand. One is inside a box. Two boxes, to bodies, up and down, inside and out. They are the same. And opposites.

We dive into the childish and immediate fascination of the reversed. Two handstand artists create an imaginary universe with surprising choreography and quirky movements that turns perspectives upside down and invites the audience to awe at the reversed. Reversed is an elegant and playful contemporary circus performance and a thoughtful story about being human.

There is calm, sweetness, joy and imagination across the field when Signe Løve Anderskov and Henriette Aarup with their bodies in a room with two square boxes form images in reverse.
