Tickets can be purchased here on the website under the respective performances. If you want to buy tickets by telephone, call 71 99 88 77. The ticket sales office is open Monday to Friday from 9.00-15.00 and an hour before each performance.

Below we have compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions about ticket purchases.

Can I return my tickets?
Tickets are only refunded in the event of cancellation on the part of the theatre. Any handling charges are not refundable.

Can I exchange my tickets?
If you want to see the performance on a different day or a different performance, we can certainly exchange your tickets right up until the date of the original performance. Your tickets can be exchanged for a different performance day or performance, but not for a gift voucher or cash. Call ticket sales on 71 99 88 77 to exchange your tickets.

I’ve lost my tickets. What can do I do?

If you have PrintSelv (Print-your-own) tickets, just reprint the tickets by logging in to your profile. Please note that the ticket is in effect proof of ownership, so that the person who first shows the tickets is given admission.

What happens if a performance is cancelled?
If we have to cancel or change the time/date of a performance for which you have a ticket, we will try and contact you directly. If you have supplied an email address or a mobile phone number when purchasing tickets, we will inform you by email and/or SMS. However, please make sure that emails from ZeBU are not being filtered by your email program’s spam filter.
If the show is cancelled or changed a short time before it is due to start, we will try to call you if you have supplied a telephone number in connection with your ticket purchase. Such changes will also be announced on the front page of the ZeBU website, so remember to check before leaving home.


Ticketprices in season 2018/19:

Children and young under the age of 25: 60 kr.
Adult: 135 kr.
Adult +customer: 80 kr.
Young group – a minimum of six young people under the age of 25 and school classes:  40 kr. pr. ticket
Students over 25: 80 kr. pr. ticket (please remember to bring a valid students card)
Adult group – minimum of ten persons: 95 kr. pr. ticket

Please note: Errors and omissions excepted. ZeBU reserves the right to change prices, performance dates, repertoire, casting etc.

Under the Danish Act on Certain Consumer Agreements (Lov om visse forbrugeraftaler), section 17(2) as set out in section 9(2), item 2a, the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal.

– Please check your tickets re performance, date and time.
– Tickets are not replaced in the event of loss.
– Tickets are only refunded in the event of cancellation on the part of the theatre.
– Any handling charges are not refundable.

When buying your tickets at ZeBU you can pay with cash and MobilePay.

When buying your tickets online you can pay with Dankort, Visa, Diners Club, MasterCard, VISA, JBS, American Express, Danske Netbetaling and Nordea e-betaling. All credit card communication is encrypted, so nobody else is able to see your card details. Your card details are sent via DIBS to NETS, and ZeBU does not save your card details. Card payments are subject to a card fee.

Right to exchange
If you want to see the performance on a different day, we can certainly exchange your tickets for the performance in question for another date – assuming tickets are available.
