You can buy tickets on the website at each show’s page or at Teaterbilletter. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the show is set to start. That way you will have time to hang your coat and get seated comfortably. The bar will be open before and after the show with chilled drinks and freshly brewed coffee.

Can I return my tickets?
Refunds will only be made if a show is cancelled. Handling fees are non-refundable.
Can I change my tickets?
If you change your mind about showday or show, we can change your tickets up until the day of the show you have tickets for. We can change to a new time for the same show, or to another show. To change your ticket please call our box office at +45 71 99 88 77.
I lost my tickets. What do I do?
Fear not. If you had your tickets printed you can easily reprint them for free by logging into your account at Teaterbilletter. Be aware that the ticket is a bearer certificate. This means that the person who show their ticket at the doors first gets through. If you want to spare the planet it it just as good to show your ticket on your phone.
What if the show is cancelled?
If we are forced to cancel or change the dates/time for a show, you have tickets for, we will contact you directly. If you have registered an e-mail address or phone number when you bought your tickets you will receive information through email. Remember to check your spam filter, in case it gets sorted there.
