Tickets

You can buy tickets on the website at each show’s page or at Teaterbilletter. The theater is open one hour before the performance begins. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the show is set to start. That way you will have time to hang your coat and get seated comfortably. The bar will be open before and after the show with chilled drinks and freshly brewed coffee.

If you wish to buy tickets or giftcards you can call our box office at +45 71 99 88 77. The phones are open Monday through Friday between 9am – 3pm. The phones are also open one hour before each show.

Download the app and become a member of My Theater 
My Theater is a club for members that gives you 10% discount in the bar as well as a free coffee at the theatre. The only thing you need to do is downloading the app. Here you can buy tickets, see your membership, choose your favorites and find inspiration.

Adults 145 kr.
Mit Teater 105 kr.
Young people in groups (min. 6 people) 40 kr.

FAQ

Can I return my tickets?
Refunds will only be made if a show is cancelled. Handling fees are non-refundable.

Can I change my tickets?
If you change your mind about showday or show, we can change your tickets up until the day of the show you have tickets for. We can change to a new time for the same show, or to another show. To change your ticket please call our box office at +45 71 99 88 77.

I lost my tickets. What do I do?
Fear not. We recommend that you save the email you receive with the purchase confirmation, where your tickets are attached. In addition, you can download the app Teaterbilletter, where your purchases also will appear. In this way, we save paper and take care of the environment. Should your tickets be completely gone, you are always welcome to contact ZeBU on +45 71 99 88 77 or email post@zebu.nu. Please note that the ticket is a bearer ticket, which means that the person who presents the ticket first gets in.

What if the show is cancelled?
If we are forced to cancel or change the dates/time for a show, you have tickets for, we will contact you directly. If you have registered an e-mail address or phone number when you bought your tickets you will receive information through email. Remember to check your spam filter, in case it gets sorted there.

If cancellations or changes happen with short notice we will try to call you.
