MOLLY’S MICROCOSM
A biodiversity adventure about our common future
Molly worries a lot about the climate and animals. With the constant inputs from TikTok, YouTube and the school curriculum, her brain is flooded with dystopian thoughts. Every day she asks her father what will happen in the future. Will their home be flooded? Will there be bees next summer? Molly’s father doesn’t know what to do. No matter what he does, Molly doesn’t stop asking or worrying. In a wholehearted attempt to calm Molly, he plans a joint survival trip into the forest. But the trip turns out to be completely different than expected. In a magical clairvoyance, the species of nature open up to Molly and her father, who are invited into a common language.
The performance is a co-production between Teater ZeBU, Kristine Lauritzen and Nørregaards Teater.
